Matthew Esguerra
VP of Professional Development
Matthew is a third year Finance and Accounting student at the Asper School of Business.
For Matthew, ambition is the self-motivated pursuit for growth; not because you were told, but because something inside you insists there’s more to reach for. Matthew is excited for students to get to experience such a unique event such as BB, and learn from industry experts and peers alike.
Juliana Cerqueti
Co-chair
Juliana is a third-year Finance and Marketing student at the Asper School of Business.
Ambition has always been a big part of who Juliana is and what drives her. She enjoys working towards goals that challenge her, whether it’s learning something new, developing a fresh perspective, or being part of something much bigger than herself. The motivation that comes from ambition helps shape her personality and discover her passions! Juliana is excited about both the planning process and the event itself! Juliana is also looking forward to working with a team of people who bring different perspectives and ideas, coming together to create something much bigger than any one person could imagine.

Margarita is a fourth-year Accounting and Finance student at the Asper School of Business.

Director of Graphic Design
Elizabeth is a fourth-year Business Analytics and Marketing student at the Asper School of Business.
Ambition drives Elizabeth to challenge the status quo, chase opportunities that seem out of reach, and keep growing, even when it’s uncomfortable. Elizabeth is excited for the opportunity to help organize one of Canada’s largest student-led networking events and contribute to enhancing the student experience at Asper.

Maddy is a third-year Marketing and Strategy and Global Management student at the Asper School of Business.
